Trust In Yourself

A couple of weeks ago I commented on a friends FB post with the words to Sam Cooke’s “A Change IS Gonna Come”. I did not know how true that would be. I’ve contemplated the news for several days. Submitted Last Assignment

So I’ve submitted my last assignment. I have a bittersweet feeling. I love learning, but happy to get a break from papers and discussions. I’ll get to read things other than HR articles. I’m sad because I love learning new things especially about HR. I’ll probably be saying the same thing when my new class starts in September. Bleed overs

This week was a truly hectic week at work. I don’t work in fear of what could/might happen. My philosophy is to be the best at what I do, do your best. What will be, will be. You can’t control how employees will rate you on surveys, whether they will call corporate to make complaints about you, whether they will do their job or not. You can’t control people, the are unpredictable. It’s human nature.
